With plenty of investment going into the site this year and the green light to make some necessary changes. They will need a strong Production Manager in place making sure these changes are sustainable and someone who can manage people through these changes.

The role has come about due to internal promotion, which shows you exactly what this company is about. They like to promote from within and will expect you to do the same with the team you will be managing.

You will need to have proven experience working for a food manufacturing company ideally within a fast-paced chilled manufacturing environment.

Driving performances, managing KPI's and building strong teams. These are all things you will be expected to do in your new role and realistically you should be able to do in your sleep. A massive one for my client is managing people and process to the very best and pushing performance from the shop floor upwards.
