About the Employer:

We are proud to be working with the UK's leading fresh produce provider as they continue to experience business growth. They are involved in the growing, sourcing, importing, packaging, marketing and distribution of over 300 lines of fresh produce, supplying into the retail, wholesale and food service sectors.

About the Job:

Working as a member of the Sales team you will ensure the efficient management of retail requirements including order fulfilment, customer admin, stock admin and UK grower admin.
For the key accounts you are allocated you will take ownership of order processing, customer query resolution, invoicing and invoice queries. You will assist the Account Manager with administration requirements.
To ensure orders are fulfilled you will monitor stocks and work with procurement to address any potential issues, working alongside the Operations team you will ensure maximum pack out is achieved and that packing charges are implemented fairly.
Weekend working is required on a rota basis.

Ideal Candidate:

Ideally you will have knowledge and experience of working in the fresh produce industry, you will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have the ability to flex your workload and priorities in line with business needs. You will have excellent communication skills and enjoying working as part of a team, providing support or cover where required. You need to be highly numerate and work accurately and quickly, good IT proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word and Navision) are required.
