Technical / Auditing Manager - Morocco

Our Client is extremely successful within Fresh Produce and supply the major retailers with exceptional products from around the world. We are currently seeking a Fluent French Technical / Auditing Manager on their behalf, at an exciting time of growth.

This is a fantastic Technical Auditing opportunity to be based in Morocco, working to support suppliers and growers in the country supplying produce to the UK retail sector.

This overseas position will;

* Risk Assess and report

* Audit Growers to BRC standard

* Audit to Food Safety, Quality and Legal standards

* Produce, manage and advise on Corrective Action Plans

We require;

Strong awareness of the Fresh Produce sector

Experience of Auditing to Retail / BRC standards is essential 

Ability to manage diary and travel arrangements

Product knowledge with salad tomatoes is essential 

French and English languages are essential

Flexibility to travel

Salary;

This position offers the opportunity to be either employed by the business or to work on a contractor / self-employed basis.

The salary is competitive and offers the following;

Work related travel, accommodation and subsistence

Holidays at 20 days + local bank holidays

Location;

Morocco (+ some travel to other countries on occasion)
