Short shelf-life food manufacturing experience? A fantastic growth opportunity for an experienced Production Manager.

This business was created by an ex-Chef, driven by the desire to meet consumer demand for healthier puds - in other words, guilt-free indulgence.
From a standing start in 2012, they're on track to deliver 20 million little pots of heaven to their discerning customers this year. Customers such as Waitrose, Harrods, Selfridges, overseas markets in Europe and the US and deals with airlines including British Airways and Delta.
This success will see them move into their new manufacturing facility imminently and as the Production Manager, it will be your job to bring it all together. Overseeing Production and Packaging, you'll bring coherence between the two departments. A new SAP system is about to come on board, there may be teething troubles but you can see the bigger picture and have the resilience to push on.
Health & Safety is at the top of your agenda. You're skilled in leading, motivating and developing people, driving efficiencies through the factory, encouraging your teams to do the same.
To succeed in this role you will also need:
- Depth of experience within short shelf life chilled food manufacturing
- Level 3 food safety
- Level 3 HACCP
- Experience in ERP systems for shop floor data capture
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word understanding
