This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing company, based in modern facilities, to support their customer base across the UK. The business develops and markets cost-effective and safe solutions that deliver improved hygiene and better productivity in food production and processing.
The business is looking to appoint a talented and professional Hygiene Services Manager.
You will support customers to identify key areas of risk for early remedial actions; as well as provide recommendations for improvements. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of smarter and more sustainable food safety and hygiene solutions.
You will have strong food industry hygiene management experience together with working knowledge of a HACCP environment and strong commercial judgement to deliver complex hygiene solutions. You will also have good technical management knowledge such as retailer and third-party audit standards (Tesco and BRC), proven experience in managing change plus the ability to teach, coach and provide constructive feedback. CIEH Level 3 or 4 would be an advantage. A full UK valid driving licence is essential.
The Hygiene Services Manager job is based in the South Central region and is paying c. £40,000 according to individual skills and previous experience plus bonus scheme, pension, stock options (after qualifying), car allowance and 25 days annual leave.
