Because of their on-going success and forward moving momentum they are seeking a talented sales manager to join their dynamic and thriving commercial team
The remit will be to manage a team of Regional Account Managers and to maintain business growth within the independent, wholesale sector at a national level
The position will require
- Outstanding leadership and man-management skills
- Strong understanding of Private Label business within the wholesale arena
- A drive to succeed
- Ability to forge and manage thriving, productive commercial and internal relationships
The successful candidate will possess
- Minimum 3 years’ exposure at HO account level within the wholesale channel within the Food industry ideally with experience gained within frozen products
- Outstanding communication and negotiating skills across the board
- An entrepreneurial attitude to optimising trading opportunities
- A record of accomplishment in managing winning sales teams
