We are looking for ambitions candidates with a real can do attitude, excellent motivators and great people management skills who will enjoy working in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
To be successful in your application you will have previous Production Team leading / Production Supervisor experience working within a fast paced chilled food manufacturing company.
Ideally you will have experience and knowledge in lean manufacturing techniques and be a natural problem solver.
