Blue Spark is a boutique Recruitment Consultancy working exclusively within the Food & Drink industry with innovation, dedication and excellence at the heart of everything we do. Due to continued success in our niche market sector we're growing quickly and are looking for a bright and enthusiastic administrator to join our busy team.
In this varied and fast paced role you'll provide support to the recruitment team, handle incoming calls as well as having responsibility for a range of administrative tasks. You will assess and respond to candidate applications, client queries as well as help organise interviews. You’ll contribute to the day to day management of our recruitment systems including trackers and databases, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
In addition you'll be writing advertising copy, managing job boards, LinkedIn and regularly updating vacancy postings on our website too.

We’re looking for a motivated and focused individual with a professional attitude who has a real desire to learn and develop in a supportive team environment. You will be an effective communicator with a confident telephone manner, thrive in a people focussed role and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Organisational skills, attention to detail and superb IT skills are also essential for this role.
Previous recruitment, admin, customer service or resourcing experience would be highly advantageous. Because we work within the food sector, a passion for food would also be a plus as we’re always on the lookout for the latest taste sensations!
