A challenging opportunity for a good man manager to develop and lead the sales team in expanding their exciting product range to foodservice and retail wholesale sectors. The company is an established manufacturer & distributor in London.
THE SALES MANAGER role is an exciting and challenging role managing a team of field and telesales representatives focused on opening new business opportunities and maintaining a large existing customer base.
- Working closely with all stakeholders to manage and expand the business with regional/national foodservice accounts
- Managing and motivating account sales teams to maximise sales
- Development of existing client base Sales strategy and client targeting.
- Target clients include: Restaurants, Hotels, Caterers, Coffee Shops and Pubs.
- Working alongside the purchasing and supply chain teams for effective stocks management.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and driven individual with:
- A proven track record in selling food products who is passionate about food & drink.
- Ability and drive to expand growth for our clients business
- A proven track record of managing and motivating sales teams.
- Quality and Numbers driven sales person with a hunger to hit targets.
- Good commercial awareness and previous exposure to building profitable proposals.
