Salary: Up to £75,000 + Health Care, Bonus
Relationships. Tough old things.
They take sacrifice, commitment, and a lot of hard work. But they're rewarding (most of the time.)
I should mention, this isn't an advert for speed dating. However, the most vital part of this job is to maintain and develop the key customer relationship. It's a blossoming relationship, which has gone from strength to strength over the past few years. I can hear wedding bells.
That doesn't mean it's going to be easy going. There's going to be ups and downs. But what relationship is ever straight forward? However, keep them on your side and you'll be just fine.
Jokes aside, I've been round the site. No exaggeration when I say it's without doubt one of the most impressive factories I've been in. They've clearly had heavy investment, making their competitors and the rest of the food industry look ancient. Surprisingly though, my fingerprint didn't register to let me in.
The Group Technical Manager spends the majority of their time overseas, leaving you with overall site responsibility. And a big site at that. They've worked hard to get the Technical department to a high standard with a great culture and need someone to come in and continue that.
Whether you're currently responsible for a large or small site, single or multiple retailers, this role will undoubtedly present you with challenges and elevate you to the next level.
This could be the job you've flirted with before but not had the courage to go for it. Well don't be shy, pick up the phone and call me (James) on 01733 391515. Or if your CV is good to go, click apply now!
