Our client is a well-known food manufacturer looking for a HR Advisor to join their growing team in Bolton area.

The Job

Working Monday – Friday 8:30 to 5pm, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Handle disciplinary and grivances activity from investigations to gross misconduct cases
  • Review attendance levels including long term sickness
  • Employee Relations – settlement agreements, tribunals and redundancies
  • Work in accordance with the current employment law and regulations
  • Manage payroll queries and errors
  • Manage exit interviews
  • Manage KPI reports including leavers, payroll, attendance, holidays etc
  • Contribute and coordinate HR projects
  • Carry out Recruitment Agency Audits

The Candidate

We are looking for candidates with the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Be a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development or working towards this qualification
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the role – preferably within a FMCG or food production environment
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Deliver high standards of quality and customer care
