Account Manager, Greater London
A truly innovative food business require Account Manager to manage and develop a small portfolio of prestigious foodservice accounts.
A genuinely exciting, innovative, fast-paced and on-trend food business have a requirement for an Account Manager to join their foodservice team and develop relationships within their newest market, managing their most dynamic portfolio of accounts with huge room for growth and development.
The main responsibilities of this role are
- To delight the key customers in the UK with innovative bespoke solutions to improve their businesses creating a win-win situation
- Contact & interaction with customers Head Office/Executive & restaurant level, with Executive/Group Chefs, Development Chefs, Chef Trainers, Restaurant Head & Sous Chefs, GM & Operations Managers
- Commercial responsibility within national accounts to ensure turnover and margin targets met
You will most likely be in the early stages of your commercial career within the food industry and you will have already managed a number of customers in an account management or business development capacity.
Knowledge of the foodservice, QSR, casual dining or food to go would be highly advantageous.
Also fresh and frozen food, ethnic cuisine or emerging food trends would also be helpful.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a major food manufacturing group but work within a dedicated and highly successful business unit within a close knit and supportive team around you.
The role will require you to travel across Greater London and UK as well as some time in Europe. You will be based within Greater London and be within a reasonable distance of the Surrey office.
