Job title: Process and Systems Transformation Manager
Location: West Yorkshire, with travel required
Salary: £60,000pa + Car allowance & Bonus
Duration: 2 Years

If you are a change agent who has a deep understanding of food systems, process and operational delivery then this 2 year opportunity should be right up your street. Our client is investing in a large multi site project to upgrade programmes and align business systems across the group. This project will be involving a large team with this role being key to ensure the project has a high-level of understanding of the current processes within the relevant scope of the process and ERP transformation with specialist responsibilities' in operations and logistics. To be part of an investment and project like this doesn't come around often, so its a excellent opportunity for exposure in a large scale business.

Responsibilities:
-Grasp an understanding of current processes and see how the transformation ERP systems can integrate.
-Obtain a working knowledge of relevant world class processes from a variety of sources including desk-based research, site visits of other FMCG organisations; peer group discussions and networking; organisations using continuous improvement techniques; industry experts; systems experts and providers
-Ensure a high-level understanding of the up and down stream processes related to the defined process scope so that a full understanding of interdependencies and sensitivities is gained
-Gain an understanding of lean and continuous improvement methodologies and techniques
-Facilitate process workshops that review and validate system process requirements (new or previously identified) with users/subject matter experts
-Coach and challenge a team of subject matter experts to successfully implement process transformation across the business to deliver value and sustainability for growth
-Liaise with identified functions and departments across our business to ensure that proposed developments are in line with agreed and documented requirements
-Monitor, manage and provide feedback on subject matter experts' performance against their objectives
-Ensure quality and legal and regulatory compliance of proposed system transformation at each process stage-gate
-Identify all risks to the success of the project promptly and ensure mitigating actions are put in place quickly

Experience:
- A deep knowledge of food operations and logistics & ERP systems. With experience of designing and implementing ERP system transformation
- Project delivery experience & desirably project management qualifications
- Holistic understanding of manufacturing processes
- A continuos improvement mindset
- Driven and autonomous
- A proven track record of meeting deadlines

This project will be 2 years and during this time you will be an employee of the client therefore eligible for all permanent employee benefits including car allowance, pension and bonus.
