HR Business Partner, London
This role will work in a busy environment that has recently transitioned to a business partner way of working (p.s. great discounts on the products!).
Replacement recruitment has presented a great opportunity for a strong HR Business Partner to come in and work closely with the broader HR to ensure the smooth running of a market leading food manufacturing business.
This HR Business Partner position will be working Monday-Friday in a fast moving food manufacturing business and so a proactive nature is required in order to manage with the pace of the business. This is a generalist HR role in which you will be involved in a number of areas whilst ensuring that the company's policies and procedures are adhered to. Other key areas for this role will be:
- Recruitment & Selection
- Employee Relations
- Working closely with specialist teams
- Project work

This business is looking for someone that has worked in a HR environment within a FMCG/Manufacturing environment and ideally at some point, the food industry. Communication skills at all levels will be important as will the ability to challenge decisions. A CIPD qualification (full or working towards) will be desirable. Enjoying working in a fast-paced, ever-changing HR environment is much more important.
