What you’ll be doing…
Driving profitable volume growth through exceptional planning, collaboration, leadership, project management and execution – whilst creating and leveraging outstanding customer relationships. Plus, the role requires the development and delivery of longer term strategic plans for our client that also meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Build and develop strong relationships with customers, internal peer group and multifunctional colleagues to take the business.
- Implement and deliver business plans aligned with customer retention and growth for both current and future.
- Manage budgeted targets across the team based on volume, turnover and lead the continued development of the commercial strategy, relevant innovation and business performance.
- Liaise with other departments internally to aid the understanding of the needs of our customers, and ensure they are fully informed of commercial objectives and purposes
