The job

As Customer Service Representative, you will be involved with day to day contact with customers.

You will carry out administration of customer accounts, including sales orders, invoices, PAFs, export documentation and purchase orders along with liaising with credit control. You will also manage and forecast the customer expectation for the production schedule and dates, organise dispatch of finished stock and manage customer stock holding for goods.

Your experience

You will have high attention to detail, be self-motivated and have excellent time management and organisational skills. You will have experience of working in a busy customer service environment preferably in manufacturing. You will also be a holder of GSCE Maths and English A-C (or equivalent) and be IT literate including Excel.

The Customer Service Representative job is based in the North West region and is paying £18,720 plus 5% pension contribution, life assurance and healthcare plan.
