Salary: £21,000 - £23,000
Night time is for sleeping - not for you though! For you, night time is for auditing…
I'm looking for an experienced Quality Auditor who is perhaps looking for more independence and autonomy in the workplace. Let's face it, there aren't many QA Managers that work a night shift. Which means essentially, whilst on shift, you are your Manager!
You must have experience working in Quality Assurance and have a thorough understanding of BRC and HACCP to be considered for this role. As a night shift QA, you will be responsible for carrying out all GMP and factory audits to ensure the factory is running smoothly. Product quality is at the forefront of your priorities at all time, whilst making sure you are working closely with the production team. You will be responsible for training them on quality procedures and processes to prevent those dreaded customer complaints.
Previous experience working with major retailers is a must-have and you must also have experience in both high and low care environments. Experience with multi-component, high risk products will also put you in the front as preferred candidate!
What's in it for you? Well, night shifts aren't for everyone. However, working with limited supervision and having to make important decisions on your own are great points to talk about in interviews when you're going for a promotion. You will be working for one of the top manufacturers in the UK, with multiple sites across the region which opens up an abundance of career opportunities.
If you are interested in this position and would like to know more, please call Naomi on 01733 391 515.
