We’re looking for a Site General Manager, to join our leadership team based at our site in Atherstone, Warwickshire.
As Site General Manager, your key focus will be ensure that all functions deliver against objectives by contributing positively to the overall Business Unit and Divisional performance and above all that we exceed our customer expectations.Main responsibilities
As Site General Manager, you will take the lead in translating the business strategy into a ‘live’ plan.
You will effectively co-ordinate all projects and initiatives within these areas, ensuring the projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Of degree calibre, you’ll have a track record of delivering at a senior level, you will have manufacturing experience within FMCG.
You will be a strong leader with a high degree of tenacity, determination and persistence to ensure goals are met.
You’ll need to bring with you an understanding of lean six sigma so ideally we are looking for you to be Green Belt six sigma certified or be able to demonstrate an extensive knowledge of manufacturing systems.
