Producing ready to eat, chilled food products for the major retailers, our Client has grown significantly over the past decade. We are seeking a strong, experienced Customer Technical and Quality Manager to join the business at a key time.

This position of Quality & Technical Manager will offer the successful individual the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic Food environment, managing a dedicated team and working closely with retail customers to ensure an effective & proactive approach to requests, tasks and requirements daily. With the opportunity to work with all departments, this role will work closely with NPD from a technical perspective and advise on timescales for launches and will champion product Quality, leading the Quality Improvement Plan across the business.

We require an individual from the Food and / or Fresh Produce sectors with previous experience of working with retail customers with confidence and success. With the ability to manage a team effectively, the successful individual will have excellent knowledge of Auditing, Food Safety, HACCP and the technical requirements involved with the supply of product to the retail sector.
