PA to Directors/ Office Manager

Due to continued growth and heavy investment my client is seeking a PA/ Office Manager. You will report to the Senior Management Team and act as the PA to the Chairman & Directors.

This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to join an organisation that has seen strong growth year on year.

Daily Tasks

Manage Directors schedules

Arrange monthly Board meetings and take Minutes

Diary Management Office, Delivery and Electronic

Post/Parcel duties in and out

The first point of contact for existing and prospective client enquiries via phone

Keeping the address book, constantly up to date

Order stationery and sundries

First point of contact for IT telephone systems, office appliances, software license

Petty Cash

Building/Office Insurance

Travel Arrangements UK/ Overseas

Christmas Party organiser

Corporate Gift organiser

Company vehicles making sure MOT's Tax and Insurance are up to date

Project work as required by directors

Key Skills

Excellent organisational skills

Excellent telephone manner

Excellent people skills essential

Intermediate-Advanced on Microsoft Office packages

Complete tasks to a high standard

Strong Business administration experience

This is a new, permanent full time position
