To be successful with this opportunity in heading up the Quality department, you must have experience with working with food products or in a food manufacturing environment, supporting a business in a quality based role and also of had experience managing a small team of staff. This truly exciting role also requires strong hygiene understanding, as this will be very much part of the role, as-well as a positive and ambitious outlook. These attributes will really allow you to make the most of this exhilarating opportunity in a successful and changing company!

The QA Manager will:
*Ensure quality management systems are fit for purpose
*Carry out audits in order to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
*Work closely with other departments on site.
*Support and develop the QA team and identify areas for training and learning.
*Support the Technical manager with customer and 3rd party audits.
