Technical Services Manager -
My client a successful food manufacture is seeking a Technical Services Manager to support and oversee all technical and quality compliance within a busy food manufacturing site located in the East Midlands.
You will seek to work with Production, Technical, Quality, NPD and Hygiene teams, identifying process and product improvements.
Reporting to the Technical Manager you will manage process technology projects, identify opportunities, solve day to day problems and deliver solutions for continuous improvement on site.
You will have excellent communication and leaderships skills. As a ‘people person’ you will, develop and lead the Technical team.
Skills and experience;
-Working within a similar Technical Support, Services Role
-Extensive experience of BRC accreditation, HACCP implementation, customer audits and QSM (Quality System Management)
-Focused on continuous improvement, efficiencies and LEAN processes, ‘results’ orientated
-Degree in food science or equivalent, Food Hygiene Level 4, HACCP Level 4 and IOSH understanding
Hours and Days of work- Monday to Friday, flexible to meet demands of the business
