Interim HR Officer

Bakkavor Salads has an exciting contract opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to join their team at their site in Bourne, Lincolnshire.
This is a generalist role and you will be supporting the factory managers with day to day HR tasks, such as performance management, management information and ad hoc HR projects.
It is essential that you have experience of managing ER cases, disciplinaries and grievances.
The role is a full time contract for 6 months
You must be a well organised, confident HR professional, capable of engaging at all levels, willing to challenge where necessary and have experienced of a unionised environment. You should be able to demonstrate all of these skills at interview, please note that this is not an administrative role, we are looking for someone with solid HR experience.
