Regional Sales Manager Export, Animal Nutrition, London
A leadership role with hands-on sales responsibility exporting animal nutrition products across European territories.
This is a fresh opportunity for a "Player Manager" to lead and support a small team within regional sales, as well as personally developing market opportunities and winning new business customers.
This business specialise in the development, manufacture and supply of high performance products across agricultural and animal nutrition sectors. With their European head office in UK this business is a key exporter of products across a number of European regions including DACH, Benelux, France and Poland.
This is an ever-changing landscape based on market growth and development alongside progressive technologies and a global drive to improve health, welfare and sustainability.
Key to this companies success is the investment, cutting edge research and in-depth and specialist knowledge of the market. This business is currently investing in a new international factory which will drive the next stage of the business expansion.
This role will require a solid track record of B2B sales within animal nutrition and agricultural chemicals and a working knowledge and empathy of the farming communities.
To be successful the role requires gravitas and credibility and therefore sector and market knowledge is essential.
Also your team leadership and sales mentoring experience is equally essential to support and lead the reporting team.
This role is flexible on location, home based in either UK or Mainland Europe but importantly you must have working experience within Germany and Benelux and must speak fluent German. Additional language skills would be highly advantageous.
