This is a fantastic opportunity working for an international, multi-sited business which has grown phenomenally since their foundation nearly 30 years ago. The business recognises that their ongoing success depends on continuing to understand the want and needs of their customers and exceeding their expectations.
You will manage of a portfolio of key B2B accounts, deliver budget volume and contribution targets, prepare and manage annual business plans, use customer data and forecasting tools to improve analysis, price management to ensure margins and profit are enhanced and carry out competitor analysis.
To be considered for the National Account Manager role, you will possess a solid commercial, sales or business development track record within the food industry. You will have strong account management skills and have experience of working with customer label and branded products, ideally B2B. You will also have excellent communication skills, have a high level of business acumen and be customer focused.
The National Account Manager job is a home based role (company office in London) and is paying £40,000 - £43,000 according to individual skills and previous experience. The role includes excellent benefits including generous company car scheme, 25% management incentive scheme, private medical insurance, 4-10% pension scheme plus travel discount scheme.
