Soft Fruit | Sales Trainee + Commission | West Midlands
We are working with a world class Agriculture and Horticulture supplier on an exciting new role within the company! They are looking for a Sales Trainee to add to the business and cover their many regions. Selling great quality products to support the soft fruit industry such as poly tunnels, specific top clips and ropes to the soft fruit growing community.
Working from home you will be covering varying parts of the UK visiting various farmers and suppliers, staying away from home when required. The end goal of the sales training process will see the successful candidate move forward within the company into an Area Sales Executive role with responsibility for the day to day customer account management and for both existing client AND new business development within the area/region.
Will preferably have a good level of experience and understanding of soft fruit growing or managing a soft fruit team. You will be confident in your own abilities, self-motivated and hard-working. There is a good level of progression to work towards. You will have a good basic understanding of agriculture, horticulture or soft fruit and be committed to developing a career within the fast moving soft fruit/agriculture supply sector.
Our client is also happy to hear from people who have worked within the fruit industry perhaps at production supervisor, grower or assistant manager level and would like to develop a career in a sales and commercial sector. Or alternatively a strong irrigation background or tunnel management, this level of experience is also considered.
