Big Foot, the Lochness Monster, a specifications technologist.
Some say they're all mythical creatures but I disagree.
I've actually seen Big Foot and Nessie so it's just the elusive spec tech I'm waiting on now.
I won't bore you with a list of responsibilities for this job. As the good spec tech that you are, you already know what you'll be doing.
What I will say is that there will be a level of account management involved which is always good if you're eyeing up tech services / account manager positions for the future.
You'll also be working across multiple sites so will get exposure to different customers over time, and the team is super friendly which always helps. (I know them, haven't just made that up.)
If you're working in the ambient, bakery or fresh produce categories at the moment then here you'll be writing specs for more complex products which is only gonna add to your CV.
And even if you're not, you'll still be working at a company that will leave everyone else wanting. (Literally, other employers are going to want you.)
So spec techs, don't just click the back button, come out of hiding and give Joe a call on 01733 391 515 for an informal chat.
