We’re looking for a leader, someone able to create a positive working environment, someone with a ‘can do’ approach to challenges who will lead from the front.

The role:
As Engineering Manager you will take control of talented team of Engineers, who’s key focus is to minimise downtime through reactive maintenance, improve equipment reliability through identifying reoccurring faults and delivering corrective actions, completing PPM’s and ensuring a safe working environment. Managing your budget and monitoring cost, you will identify and deliver continuous improvement projects focusing on improved efficiencies and reduced costs along with ensuing the engineering team develop and grow under your leadership.

About you:

  • Previous experience working as Engineering Manager (Essential)
  • Time served engineer with min HND (Or equivalent) Engineering qualification
  • Previous budget management experience
  • Change management experience
  • Self-motivated and highly resilient
