You will bring insights to the business to guide new food development, identify ways to improve and evolve the current range, lead the marketing concept of NFD to maximise consumer engagement, be responsible for P&L ownership of new foods to deliver sales and profitability targets plus work closely with the branding and marketing teams to share innovation plans.
You will live and breathe innovation; you will be excited about bringing new ideas, be insight driven in managing projects and have a drive to add value and evolve a business. You will be educated to a degree level or have equivalent experience, have the proven ability in the planning, project management and launch of new products plus have solid food trends knowledge. To succeed, you will thrive in a challenging role plus can bring people together, motivate a team and inspire the business.
The Innovation Manager job is based in the South Coast region and is paying £35,000 - £40,000 according to individual skills and previous experience.
