This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join one of the UK's largest food manufacturing companies.
Our established Carlisle site has up to 1300 employees, spanning over 3 Factories across 2 sites.
The site produce around 90 million meals annually with 150 products made daily over a 7 day operation along with a turnover of E140 million.
About the Role:
This role is pivotal to ensure that HR provides proactive, strategic and operational support across the business.
Communication will be one of your key strengths with the inquisitive nature to challenge behaviours and able to hold your own with all employees across all levels.
We are looking for someone who is not afraid to get onto the factory floor and to understand the business thoroughly.
Other job duties:
Support and advise managers on how to proactively manage ER casework; disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence management etc. Revise, develop and implement HR policies and processes on an ongoing basis.
Previous HR experience at a business partnering level gained within a fast paced environment.
Current knowledge of Employment Law and best practice. Experience of delivering successful HR projects.
Experience of supporting major organisation change.
CIPD qualification level 5
