An exciting new job opportunity has arisen to join and support our Sales Team atone of the UK's most loved brands, Fox's Biscuits; makers of the Party Ring, Viennese and many more.

This is a great opportunity for either an experienced Administrator or someone who has a passion for sales and is looking to start a career.

This is the role which you have been waiting for! The role of the Sales Administrator is to support the NAM's and the Sales Controller in general operations to help them achieve their objectives.

You will contribute to the business unit team in the development of internal strategies that support the execution of the overall commercial strategy.

You will be the key interface between the Team and other internal functions such as Demand Planning and Finance, and you will carry out Reporting, Analysis and Account Administration.

You will also be responsible to use retailer systems to process promotions & new products, to manage ad hoc commercial projects covering various accounts, implement a project to deliver a consistent standard of administration between all grocery accounts and project manage customer site visits where required to ensure the smooth running of the event.

About You:

Key Skills / Experience / Qualifications

Previous experience of being an Administrator or sales background. Numerate.

Ability to build strong internal relationships.

Well versed in Microsoft Office & Excel.

Very organised.

Self-Motivated.

Quick learner.

Ability to use data and to make recommendations.

Ability to use internal systems such as SAP to process day to day tasks.

Able to simplify complicated tasks.

Must be detail orientated. High levels of accuracy.
