Location: Kings Hill, United Kingdom (just 45 minutes from London) 
with working from home for part of your week a real possibility.

So what would you be doing…..

Well some of the key accountability for these roles are;

  • Creating and managing annual Joint Business Plans with major grocery retailers
  • Managing all elements of the P&L
  • Pro-actively developing a winning customer relationship with individuals across our customers commercial buying team
  • Planning, forecasting and promotions
  • Partnering with our phenomenal Category Management and Brand Activation teams to deliver insight based recommendations and customer specific initiatives
  • Engaging with retailer business functions , including Supply Chain, Store Operations and dot com to understand and develop operations and implement plans

These are just a few of the areas you will be instrumental in so we’re looking for people with strong commercial awareness, demonstrable P+L management and experience in utilising category insights, shopper and consumer data sources to focus their strategy.

You will need to be highly numerate with excellent negotiation and analytical skills as well as being a very strong communicator who is personable and enjoys working collaboratively.
