The Role

This is a dynamic role in which you’ll really get to grips with the ins and outs of a buzzing commercial team, working with Business Account Managers to provide an industry-leading service for some of the company’s largest accounts. You’ll support the team with the day to day running of account activity, from attending management meetings to generating sales reports for prestigious retail presentations. Reporting to the Sales Controller you’ll assist the team in the successful and timely launch of exciting new products to market, signing off artwork and maintaining sales documentation that will aid senior colleagues with the delivery of account strategies. You’ll also play a key role in managing resources for customer requests, including the ordering of samples as well as compiling and analysing sales figures for new business opportunities. In addition you’ll take part in store visits, reviewing cost and price information for the latest products whilst growing your food knowledge and ensuring the company remains the best in the business.

The Person

You’ll have a passion for food and keeping up with the latest trends which will help you enhance your commercial acumen, and some work experience within the food manufacturing sector would also be an advantage.
