My client is the UK’s leading food solutions business supplying their wide range of quality products to all the major UK food retailers, food service companies and wholesalers
They are now looking for an experienced Technical manager who has experience managing teams and the major multiples with a chilled background
You will be the full technical lead on site to make day to day decisions and to ensure all customer requirements, due diligence, technical NPD support where required, finished product quality, legality and food safety are met always
You will drive improving technical standards and quality on site and in line with the wider technical direction & motivate and help develop a highly effective technical team
You must have experience within chilled and experience of managing a team is also essential as this role will see you motivating and supporting direct reports. Previous customer facing experience is required as this role will be working with major multiples such as Tesco & Sainsbury’s
