Interim Programme / Project Manager, South Yorkshire
Interim Programme/Project Manager - Immediately available - four to six months.
The client leads its sector within the food manufacturing industry, producing high quality products for the wide customer base.
Reporting to the Site GM, this role will support the business to improve output and business performance for an initial four to six month assignment.
This role will manage and facilitate the high volume of improvement programmes and projects ongoing to achieve this.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader, able to influence the senior management team, with an extensive food manufacturing operations background. It's essential to have experience successfully managing and delivering factory improvement programmes/projects.
The main areas of focus are around improving factory efficiency, increasing output and improving engineering processes.
Using your previous experience, you'll identify other opportunities within the factory and embed these to drive improvements.
You'll require a motivating and energetic approach, supporting the management team to deliver.
Food manufacturing operations experience is essential for this assignment so please only apply if you have this.
