Restaurant Manager for Luxury Italian Brasserie

Must have Italian / Mediterranean Restaurant experience

Italian language an advantage

Reporting to the F&B Director

We are looking for a strong Restaurant Manager from high-end volume outlets to join this dynamic team in an Luxury Resort in Barbados.

 

THE ROLE:

The successful Restaurant Manager will be responsible for;

  • Daily operations of the restaurant
  • Manage and motivate a team
  • Manage restaurant financials and P&L
  • Staff scheduling
  • Maintaining brand standards
  • Ensuring guests are having the ultimate experience

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Operational and financial management of the Restaurant
  • Knowledge of all F&B Standards, quality presentation, service and products and local health, sanitation standards and menu planning
  • Strong leadership skills with focus on team’s development, training and progression
  • Knowledge of Italian Cuisine and Wines
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience in an Italian restaurant.
