Junior Sales Executive
Job ref: 61295 | £21,000 - £24,000 + bonus| Home based (London)
This well-established and expanding business supplies into high-end retailers, food halls, delis and cafes. Already very successful, they are now looking to take the business to the next level.
Your role as Junior Sales Executive is to significantly increase sales of company products within quality retail and wholesale marketplaces. You will maintain the existing customer base, developing sales across the range as required as well as introducing new lines. You will develop new opportunities in target businesses including retail, catering/restaurants, hotel, travel, pop-ups, cafes and sandwich bars, in particular you will build a customer base of independent retailers and increase brand presence. This role offers fantastic scope for progression, working alongside senior management, your role will gradually develop as you gain valuable experience to develop an understanding of major key accounts including major UK and high end retailers.
Ideally of degree calibre, you will ideally have at least two years experience of sales within the food/confectionary sector, preferably attained in high end retail and customer facing sectors, however a food background is not essential if you have a high passion for food and have some sales/commercial experience. An inspirational sales person by nature, you will be resourceful and have an energetic approach plus be able to work both independently and part of a wider team. Excellent analytical skills and numerical ability is also required.
The Junior Sales Executive job is a field based position covering the London region and is paying £21,000 - £24,000 + bonus according to individual skills and previous experience.
