Core responsibilities:


  • To action all administrative functions across the Commercial team.
  • Working in collaboration with relevant departments including Technical, Production and the whole Commercial Team
  • Support the Commercial Managers
  • Interact and liaise with Customers and Suppliers

Administration:

  • Maintain product amendment log accurately.
  • Ensuring commercial & procurement spreadsheets are maintained.
  • Highlight shortages, overstock, quality issues to senior team
  • Sales weight returns.
  • Scan sheet administration

Data Management analysis and reporting

  • Managing administration
  • Review and update both the Internal and Retail KPI Databases.
  • Weekly reports
  • Process Margin reports and update Margin tracker
  • KPI & Financing Pivot reports
  • Maintain and update production books

Forecasting:

  • Assist with:
    • 12 months Orders and turnover forecast,
    • 12 weeks sales and volume forecast.

Marketing:

  • Support commercial teams with Marketing and PR Administration.

Planning and Orders:

  • Daily updates with sales admin to manage orders and delivery schedules.
  • Liaising with and coordinating with planning team and QC function to deliver optimal service for customers
  • Planning and maintaining direct programmes.
  • Coordinate any range and product changes.
  • Plan and action full loads for directs against forecast.

R&D / NPD:

  • Assist with NPD administration.

Commercial Support:

  • Support commercial managers where required with additional tasks
  • Confirm pricing and seasonal volume, supply issues such as quality or stock issues
