They serve the world’s most innovative, hi-tech companies from industries that demand high quality and precision. Through working in close partnership with customers to develop high tolerance products, they are able to rapidly and cost-effectively deliver results. New products and existing product innovation are driving sales forward.
            
You will lead the process team to enhance the rate of NPI, product scale up, continuous improvement of production processes and control of manufacturing processes in order to improve quality and efficiency. This will include problem solving and working with production, sales and technical teams to deliver projects. You will be responsible for devising and implementing the process development plan. Agree and deliver the budget.

You will have experience in a high quality manufacturing environment and be of graduate calibre. You may have experience from electronics, PCB, medical device, aerospace, defence or automotive manufacturing. Knowledge of chemical processes or the use of chemicals in or as an aid to manufacturing is essential. Able to lead and coach a team.
You will have strong analytical skills and be able to quickly assimilate data and apply it. You will be able to demonstrate a clear problem solving aptitude and a desire to add value. Training in SPC, problem solving or formal lean tools is an advantage.
