This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a £multi million brand leading food retail business who are dominant in their market. They are focused on quality and delivery of product and have built their ongoing success on their exceptional product innovation combined with their on-going belief of driving customer awareness and increasing sales by the effective and creative use of Marketing activity.

Reporting to the Director, you will take responsibility for the strategic direction of the brand through delivering the national marketing calendar across the multi-site estate. This will include developing effective local store marketing initiatives and exciting store based and digital promotions. With a high attention to detail you will be responsible for signing off all artwork and print for all marketing material including Menus and will take commercial ownership for where tactical marketing activity needs to be concentrated across its retail estate to deliver the best ROI.

Managing and leading a team, you will, as guardian of the brand identify ensure a consistent brand image is communicated at all times.

Of graduate calibre you will have gained varied marketing experience within a creative and design agency and have then developed experience within a fast paced FMCG, multi-site retail, casual dining or QSR food environment. You will be genuinely passionate about what you do and willing to go the extra mile.

A knowledge of print and design is essential as is your continued enthusiasm for utilising new technologies in order to set you apart from the crowd. A strong understanding of Digital Marketing with the knowledge of how to effectively utilise social media channels to drive brand activity would be a benefit as would experience of Adobe Photoshop or an equivalent package.

You will be an exceptional influencer with excellent interpersonal skills who is able to handle the pace of working within this fast moving food retail business. You will understand the importance of marketing in driving sales growth and be passionate about the identification and indeed delivery of effective marketing initiatives.
