Job Description
Bakkavor Salads are looking for an experienced Development Chef to develop, innovate and upgrade products at their food manufacturing site in Bourne, Lincolnshire.

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned commercial foodie to come in and help us grow a creative catalogue of products for our customers.

You will have the highest of food quality standards with a proven track record in the premium end of restaurant trade or premium manufacturer. Ideally you will have previous experience of the chilled food manufacturing industry.

You will be motivating the NPD team to the required level of culinary excellence. 

We are looking for someone with excellent presentation skills, a good sense of creativity and flair and solid communication skills as you will be talking to our customers on a regular basis. 

We need you to be forward thinking and business aware of current and future food trends and you will have excellent awareness of comparative products from all major retailers.

A clean full driving licence and a car is essential as you will travelling to customer sites and other Bakkavor manufacturing sites (any expenses will be reimbursed)
