HEALTH AND SAFETY TRAINING COORDINATOR
Health & Safety/Training Co-ordinator:
This well-established Food Manufacture is looking to appoint an experienced Health and Safety/Training coordinator. You will possess excellent communication and leaderships skills and as a ‘people person’ you will be an integral part of the management team with the ability to work within agreed KPI’s capable of effectively supporting all areas of the business.
Familiar with all aspects of Health & Safety you will be responsible for compliance and be fully conversant with relevant legislation together with developing and maintaining current management systems.
Your remit will also include improving the safety culture through monthly Safety Meetings and influencing all employees throughout the organisation together with taking a lead role in identifying and organising all training requirements, accident investigations and internal audits.
This role would suit an experienced Health & Safety professional with site experience and ideally a NEBOSH certificate or appropriate qualifications.
