A leading FMCG Food manufacturer is currently looking to recruit a HR Manager / HR Business Partner. Reporting into the Head of HR and with a dotted line to site MD. This opportunity is a broad HR Operations position with scope for progression within a major FMCG Food manufacturing group. You will be responsible for consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance to site. This role is also suitable for a Senior HR Officer to step up to site responsibility.

HR Manager / HR Business Partner responsibilities include:

Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance
Analysing trends and report on people KPI’s
Resolving complex employee relations issues and addressing grievances
Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
Line Management responsibility for a HR team member
Analyse trends and people metrics within the company
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Provide HR policy guidance
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
Identify training needs for teams and individuals
Evaluate training programs

You will be a HR Business Partner / HR Advisor / HR Manager with solid experience in HR practices and employee management. You will have a proven track record of working closely with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and company culture. Excellent people management skills with demonstrable experience with HR metrics and KPI’s as well as a thorough knowledge of handling disciplinary, grievance and capability (absence and work performance) processes is essential for this position.
