This well-established and expanding business supplies into high-end retailers, food halls, delis and cafes. Already very successful, they are now looking to take the business to the next level.
Your role as Senior Sales Executive is to significantly increase sales of company products within quality foodservice marketplaces.
You will maintain the existing customer base, developing sales across the range as required as well as introducing new lines, provide constructive customer feedback to demand high standards of product quality and customer care, review product margins with commercial management plus maintain an awareness of sales developments in the bakery sector / competitor profiles.
You will be an ambassador for the business developing new opportunities in target businesses, developing the brand overall and increasing brand presence.
Ideally of degree calibre, you will possess good experience of working in a sales capacity within the bakery sector, most desirably selling into high street chains such as Eat, Pret etc. A real foodie and inspirational sales person by nature, you will be resourceful and have an energetic approach plus be able to work both independently and part of a wider team. Excellent analytical skills and numerical ability is also required.
The Senior Sales Executive job is based in the London region and is paying £35,000 - £50,000 according to individual skills and previous experience plus bonus scheme. The core working hours are 40 per week, however flexibility will be required.
