Our Human Resources Programme
You’ll work in three placements across different business units, while receiving fully funded training for the CIPD Professional Development Scheme. We’ll give you core skills in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employment law, pay management, development and succession. The experience you gain will prepare you for a key HR management role within 5 years of joining. Having an inquisitive nature and an inbuilt desire to challenge the norms is the key to success. You’ll also gain an all-round understanding of manufacturing, as there’s more than meets the eye to be able to get the food from farm to fork!
What you’ll need
You’ll need a 2.2 Honours degree (ideally in business or human resource management) as well as at 3 months’ work experience in a human resource or professional services environment. To thrive here, you’ll need to combine your excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with a business-focused approach. The pace is fast, so you’ll need excellent organisational skills too. What we offer
As well as a salary of £24,500, you’ll receive an additional £1000 payment when you start, and your salary is reviewed after completing your first year with us. We’ll also cover the costs for 2 weeks B&B or rent, plus reasonable removal costs. Our sites are located throughout the UK and your placements could take you from the south of England to Scotland. There may even be the chance to work in one of our international sites so you’ll need to show great flexibility. That’s where Zenith comes in!
