Interim Factory Manager
Long term Interim Factory manager role for a food industry specialist - must have worked in short shelf life - great if you like turnaround roles!
Great interim operations assignment for someone who has real leadership ability and enjoys contracts involving change management. You will need availability for an October start.
This is a fast paced chilled food manufacturing environment supplying multiple retail customers. Innovation has been at the core of this sites success which has given them a market leading position in their category. The team have delivered to a demanding agenda through commitment and hard work and there is an opportunity to now look at the operation and deliver the next phase differently.
Your background must include chilled food manufacturing so your significant exposure to the pace and demands of that environment demonstrate your capability in the same arena. The other transferable skills and knowledge required are:
Leadership and the ability to make a fundamental difference to the culture of the manufacturing function. What do we mean?
