Due to continued growth we are looking for a strong Brand Manager to manage time critical NPD and pack design projects. This company is a major player in the FMCG market with brands known and enjoyed by millions. They have consistently grown sales by identifying new areas for development and innovation and are well poised for further growth with a stream of new NPD and campaigns.
The Brand Manager will be responsible for the implementation of the brand plan and devising future brand strategy which will include a focus on NPD, packaging, design development and consumer communications.
With a proven track record in FMCG Brand Management you will be a used to working on your own initiative and bring hands on Project Management experience. In addition to very solid NPD Project Management skills you will also have experience of writing briefs and managing the development process in conjunction with technical, operations, purchasing and commercial teams.
Experience of managing design agencies is a must as is the ability to work with printers, develop new pack designs and a keen eye for detail and accuracy of work.
We are looking for someone creative that is able to deliver strong consumer and trade campaigns across PR, digital and social media as well as evaluating campaigns and measuring ROI.
Strong analytical and creative skills are key - as is the ability to manage a wide range of projects and deliver on schedule.

The role is offered as a maternity cover (12 months minimum term contract).
