Shift - 4 on – 4 off - 6am –6pm
Salary - £8.27 per hour

About the Role…
The Warehouse Operator will work with the Shift Manager and other Operatives to ensure that orders are picked correctly and completed in time for planned despatch and that product is despatched with the correct paperwork.
You will ensure that warehouse organisation is adhered to (walkways, product zones etc.) and that product is rotated to minimum waste.
Identify areas of inefficiency and waste and suggest improvements to the Line Manager/Team Leader.
Conduct any necessary training required for the role. The jobholder should be open to working in different areas of the warehouse department as required.
Be mindful of product quality, integrity and traceability. Ensure work is completed to a high-standard and all necessary documentation is completed. Report any concerns to the relevant shift manager.
The site is committed to being “audit ready” at all times. Therefore it is imperative that site hygiene, health and safety and document control are all in line with customer specifications at all times.
Maintain a respectful and constructive working relationship with colleagues and managers.
Working in the warehouse requires manual handling to an estimated maximum of 28 kilos.
Warehouse operatives are expected to use manual and electric pallet trucks when required.
The role requires a significant amount of walking. The job holder should have a reasonable level of fitness.
