In the UK, we are number one across all four categories within fresh prepared foods, Meals, Salads, Desserts and Pizza & Bread.
Our customers include some of the UK’s best known grocery retailers such as Tesco, Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Asda, Morrisons, Co-op and Aldi who sell our products to consumers under their respective retailer brands.
Our operations in the US and China supply fresh prepared food to both retail and foodservice customers.
Our Finance Programme
You’ll be involved in the decision-making processes that help our organisation to grow and thrive. We’ll see to it that you interact with all areas of our business, from manufacturing and supply chain, to new product development and commercial and marketing. We’ll be giving you the training and experience you need to gain the CIMA qualification within 3 years. Ultimately, it’s about giving you the in-depth understanding you need to reach a key management role within 5 years.
What you’ll need
Along with a minimum 2.2 honours degree and have at least 3 months experience working in a finance, manufacturing professional services environment, you’ll need to demonstrate excellent analytical and numerical skills. While you’re training to achieve your CIMA, you’ll experience three roles within different business units – so the ability to adapt is a must.
What we offer
As well as a salary of £24,500, you’ll receive an additional £1000 payment when you start, and your salary is reviewed after completing your first year with us. We’ll also cover the costs for 2 weeks B&B or rent, plus reasonable removal costs. Our sites are located throughout the UK and your placements could take you from the south of England to Scotland. There may even be the chance to work in one of our international sites. So you’ll need to show great flexibility.
