Product Development Manager

Location: Essex

Salary: 35,000 - 40,000

WANTED! An ambitious and experienced Product Development Manager is needed at one of the UK's leading food manufactures.

Due to excessive growth, my client is looking for someone to come in and drive the NPD team forward. I am seeking a creative individual, who has a proven history of success in leading an NPD team and department.

You will be customer facing, and given the challenge of managing projects; therefore you must be willing to travel and attend launches outside normal office hours. Your responsibilities will be to oversee the delivery of all development projects, right from concept to launch. Setting the direction and supporting the NPD team, you will need to ensure plans and performance are aligned to business strategy, and of course, deliver fantastic results!

Ideally, the successful candidate will be of Graduate calibre, with a food relevant degree or equivalent. Experience presenting at senior levels and to retailer groups is beneficial, and be prepared to deliver presentations both internally and externally.

If the above sounds like you, and you have a genuine love for food (let's face it, who doesn't?!), we would love to hear from you!

Please contact Naomi on:
